provides you ByteCenter Network (ByteCenter)
free of charge "as is."
2) You may only use ByteCenter
for legal purposes. You may not use ByteCenter,
or its services to publish, post,
distribute or disseminate any defamatory,
obscene, or other unlawful material or
information, including another's
proprietary information, including
trademarks or copyrighted information,
without express authorization from its
owner.
3) ByteCenter Web Services, LLC. uses its best
efforts to maintain ByteCenter
but is not responsible for the results of
any defects that exist in ByteCenter,
or any resulting lost profits or other
consequential damages. You should not
assume that ByteCenter
or its content is error-free or that it

be deleted from the ByteCenter
servers. The host of the spammers website
may also have the right to terminate the
spammers account from their servers. ByteCenter
has a zero tolerance
level for spammers.

ByteCenter Members may have up
to six accounts per person. If more than
six accounts are found then the extra
accounts will be deleted at random.
Please dont abuse the service and make us
do this. People with special needs may
contact our accounting depertment and
register for extra accounts.

Pornographical websites will not
be tolerated on our service. If your
account is found to include or has links
to pornographical websites and/or images
your account will be terminated and
reported to the correct law enforcement
agency. Child pornographical websites will be reported directly to the FBI.
7)
Warez websites also will not be
tolerated on ByteCenter. If your account
is found to include links to or includes
Warez/Pirated Software your account will
be terminated.
8)
Denial of Service and Hacking
attacks will not be tolerated on our
services. If any are found they will be
reported to the correct law enforcement
agency.
9)
You may not resell ByteCenter scripts in
any way.
