            - ACCEPTABLE USAGE POLICY -

 This Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of
computers and servers on the ByteIRC IRC Network. As
a user of these resources, you are responsible for
reading and understanding this document. This document
is responsible for protecting the rights of ByteIRC,
our servers, our network, our system administrators,
and you our users.

1) Your connection to the ByteIRC IRC Network is a
   privilege, NOT a right. We reserve the right to deny
   any user access to our network without warning, and
   without obligation to define a reason. When a reason
   may be provided, it is done so at our sole
   discretion.

2) ByteIRC does not monitor or control any content which
   is transmitted via our services. We do not guarantee
   the accuracy, quality, or integrity of the content. Our
   network may contain content that is offensive, indecent,
   or objectionable and agree that you will not hold
   ByteIRC liable in any way for such content. ByteIRC
   is not error free, you agree to hold ByteIRC harmless
   of any data loss that may occur on our network. Under
   no circumstances will ByteIRC be held responsible for,
   but not limited to: your usage, errors, inappropriate
   content, or damage of any kind incurred as a result of
   but not limited to: your usage, errors, inappropriate
   content, or damage of any kind incurred as a result of
   the usage of any content posted or transmitted via our
   networks.

3) ByteIRC reserves the right to modify this AUP and any
   rules, regulations, or terms and conditions of service
   at any time without notice. You are responsible for
   reading this AUP when connecting. Notice is deemed given
   when you connect to our network, or when such update is
   made available via our network. You are responsible for
   checking the /MOTD command for updates.

ByteIRC is an unmoderated IRC Network made possible by
donations of service providers and volunteer staff. Your
connection binds you to all terms defined in this AUP,
by remaining connected you accept and agree that you are
a guest user, on a private system. Your usage of this
system may be removed at any time for any reason, if any.
You also agree, that all rights of data maintained by
ByteIRC are the sole right of ByteIRC, and you have
no such rights to this content. This includes, but is
not limited to: Services, Configurations, Site Names,
and usernames of users.
